Privacy Policy
We collect the least amount of data we need to run Zero well. This page explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
The short version
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use third-party ad trackers unless you opt in.
- You can change your cookie choices anytime from the footer link “Your Privacy Choices.”
- You can delete your account and data from your profile settings.
What we collect
Account data you provide: email, organization name, plan, and any optional profile fields you fill in (mission, focus areas, etc.). We also store the grants and proposals you generate inside your workspace.
Usage data we need to keep the service working: login timestamps, feature interactions, and error logs. These are tied to your account so we can support and improve it.
How we use it
- Provide the product: match grants, draft proposals, manage your pipeline.
- Keep your account secure and debug issues.
- Improve the product (only with your consent for analytics cookies).
- Send you transactional emails about your account (receipts, alerts you opt into).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (California, EU/UK, and others), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal data. Zero does not sell personal data. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing contact@zero.seqt.com.
Children
Zero is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We’ll update this page if the policy changes and post the new effective date at the top. For material changes, we’ll also notify you by email.
